Any excessive carpet staining on the stairs will result in an additional charge. 3. Before checking out, please check the fridge, microwave, cooktop, and oven. Dirty appliances may incur additional cleaning fees. 4. Report any breakages , so we can arrange for replacements or repairs. 5. If you need assistance operating the washer, dryer, dishwasher, or any other appliances, please don't hesitate to ask. We are happy to provide explanations or hands-on help. 6. Conserve energy by turning off the AC/Heat when leaving the townhouse. 7. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to items during their stay. 8. Please note that the toys and gadgets provided may differ from the pictures due to wear and tear. Some breakages may occur. 9. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children's safety while they sleep in cribs or on beds or play with toys or the dollhouse, stairs and etc. 10. In consideration of our neighbors, please refrain from excessive noise or playing loud music after 9 pm. 11. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any lost items during your stay. We recommend keeping your belongings secure. 12. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. 13. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your dog on the property. Dog relief areas are two dog parks are available with waste disposal dispensers. • Dogs must be fully house trained. • We understand that accidents are sometimes unavoidable. If an accident should occur, please tell us immediately so we may try to prevent any permanent damage or we will tell you what measures to take.
