A perfect place to relax, explore, and enjoy. The space Our apartments feature a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The recently renovated living-dining room offers a comfortable and bright space, alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing any meal during your stay. Additionally, you can relax on the terrace, a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the city. We offer high-speed WIFI connection and international TV channels. Guest access The apartment is located in a residential area that you can fully enjoy during your stay. You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool, open year-round, as well as an underground parking space (available for an additional fee). You can reach the apartment by elevator. Additionally, to make your stay more comfortable, we have an office just a few minutes from the complex. We offer complimentary linen and towel changes for stays longer than 7 days. If you require extra cleaning services, these are available at an additional cost. Likewise, if you need a crib or high chair, please feel free to inquire about availability. For arrivals outside office hours, our staff will provide instructions so you can receive an electronic key on your device or pick up a physical key from a secure lockbox. Other things to note Check-in and Check-out Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. If you’d like to arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know — we’ll be happy to check availability and offer special rates to help you make the most of your stay. Very Important: Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as our reception is not open 24 hours a day. If you arrive outside office hours, don’t worry! We’ll organize a remote check-in so you can access the apartment with no issues. To do so, we’ll need to inform you in advance of the necessary steps, especially regarding guest registration. Security Deposit: A security deposit of up to €400 may be required. This amount is fully refundable upon check-out, provided the house rules are followed and the facilities are used properly. The deposit is held as a pre-authorization on your card. Pets: Pets are not allowed at Aqua Apartments Vento. If a pet is brought without prior notice, a penalty of €200.00 will apply, and the property reserves the right to request immediate departure due to breach of the rules.
