My two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate 3 people. It is part of a historic building in Via Delle Ruote, in the historical center of Florence. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and close proximity to the most important tourist sites (Duomo's Cathedral 9 minutes on foot) and main Florence train station (11 minutes walk). Apartment is well equipped with clean towels, linens, soap and shampoo. In the kitchen there is a microwave oven, boiler, italian coffee maker, and crockery for cooking. The space The apartment is 35 square meters, it is located in an historic building, owned to the monastery of Santa Caterina D'Alessandria in the road that, in medieval era, gave rise to the Battilana corporation . The apartment has been completely renovated in April 2017 and although close to shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife, it is very quiet and isolated from the street noise and inside the maximum tranquility reigns and will help you relax. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, and is the ideal accommodation for visiting Florence, staying in the city historic center. Inside is as follows: - Bedroom with double bed - kitchen - bathroom with boxed shower - living area with sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with a flat screen led TV, internet wifi, pc, printer, heating, air conditioning, microwave, toaster, fridge, iror, hair dryer and on request bed with sides for younger children.
