We are a short walk to the Community Clubhouse where you will find water slides, snack shop, splash zone, and much more for the entire family. INSIDE THE HOME This complete resort-feel home features two master suites with bathrooms on the main floor, an additional bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and 2 themed kids' rooms upstairs. It has a very functional and comfortable living space and a very well-appointed kitchen. There's tile flooring in the living room, dining room, and family room as well as in all wet areas. The oversized 2-car garage has been converted into a state-of-the-art game room and movie theater with a 130-inch screen and 7.1 surround sound speakers for tons of enjoyment. The movie theater even has electric reclining theater seats with its own separate air conditioner for those hot days. Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available throughout the property. Netflix is available in all rooms. Guest access Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay. Other things to note Pool heating is $35 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated. Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate. Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
