You will have exclusive access to a complete condo unit including the common area of kitchen, dining, & living, & the 3 Bedrooms. 2. Also full access to full condo facilities eg infinity pool, kids pool, gymnasium, playground, sky garden etc. Guest access 1. Your privacy is assured. We don't live at the condo unit. So, you will have exclusive access to the complete condo unit during your stay. 2. Upon arrival, guest registration is required. Kindly share with our host the car plate details for us to share the access to the unit. 3. We are contactable and kindly text us if you need any assistance. Other things to note 1. Clean towels and linens are provided to registered guests only i.e max 6 towels. For a short-term stay, there is no replacement of towels throughout the duration of stay. 2. We use 240Volts AC power supply system. Power adaptors for other voltage system and power plug are not provided. Kindly be advised to bring your own sets. 3. We don't provide cleaning service throughout the duration of your stay. Guest is encouraged to keep the place clean and tidy. Additional charges will be charged if "extra cleaning" is required upon check-out. 4. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons as agreed upon when the booking was made as on your copy of confirmation of booking. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may incur additional fees.
