A warm welcome to our stay in Grünbach/Kirchdorf im Wald Our 2.5 - room.-Whg. (approx. 67 m ²) for 2-4 people, has 1 x bedroom, a cozy, bright living-dining room, as well as a hobby room (bed 1.4 x 2.0 m), a full-fledged fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a large bathtub and walk-in shower. The toilet is seperate Wi-Fi and TV via SAT are free. Your dog is a welcome guest. Big garden with barbecue, lawn, etc. More on our HP (anno vacation rentals) The space Our house is located at the edge of the village of Grünbach (with about 200 inhabitants) in a secluded location and an unobstructed view of the idyllic landscape. Hiking trails go straight from the house. Our apartment is particularly suitable for guests with a dog, as the courtyard is fenced and invites our approx. 3500 m² meadow to romp around. More information on our website : "anno-ferienwohnungen". A very special sight and a must is visiting the 3 - rivers city of Passau. About 35 minutes by car from our apartment. It invites you with magnificent buildings, cozy cafes and inns, as well as quaint alleys and many attractions. Guest access The private and separate access to the apartment leads through the courtyard/garden. Other things to note If you book your stay with us with children, we can offer you our new "Hobbit" room next to the sofa bed in the living room. The room is very small (about 3.0 x 2.0 x 1.7 m), but very cosy. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Furthermore, there is an electric fireplace with romantic flame replica and a wardrobe in the hallway area. Of course, the "Hobbit" room can also be used for the young at heart.
