The toilet is separate Wi-Fi and satellite TV are free of charge. Your dog is a welcome guest with us. Large garden with grill, lawn, etc. The space Our house is situated on the edge of the village of Grünbach (with about 200 inhabitants), in a secluded location with an unobstructed view of the idyllic countryside. Hiking trails go directly from the house. Our vacation rental is particularly suitable for guests with dogs, as the courtyard is fenced and our approximately 3,500-square-meter lawn is perfect for them to play around. A very special attraction and an absolute must is a visit to the three-river city of Passau. About 35 minutes by car from our apartment. It beckons with magnificent buildings, cozy cafés and inns, as well as quaint alleyways and plenty of sights to see. Guest access The private and separate access to the apartment leads through the courtyard/garden. Other things to note If you book a stay with us with children, we can offer you our new "Hobbit" room as an alternative to the sofa bed in the living room. The room is very small (about 3.0 x 2.0 x 1.7 m), but very cozy. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Furthermore, there is an electric fireplace with a romantic flame replica and a wardrobe in the hallway area. Of course, the "Hobbit" room can also be used for the young at heart.
