King master has 3 piece ensuite, additional main bath with shower/tub combo and double sinks in main villa and a private 2 piece powder room in separate Queen Pod suite. A guests favourite is the private outdoor couples shower (shower under the palms and stars). Onsite laundry with both washer and dryer for your convenience. All codes are provided at time of checkin. Other things to note Maximum electricity usage of $20/day is included in your nightly rate. Overages are charged at current island rate to a credit card upon your departure. A/C in all bedrooms and main living/dining areas. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge for stays exceeding 7 nights. Posted nightly rate does not include mandatory 12% government accommodation tax which will be added at your time of booking. Number of guests is STRICTLY limited to what appears on your initial booking form and CAN NOT EXCEED 6- including infants and children. Strictly a nonsmoking/vaping villa. Extra cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected in the home after your departure. NOTE: 2 Security cameras are located at front of property. Monitored alarm system for your peace of mind. Late checkouts/early check ins ( if available) must be prearranged and agreed to by the host/PM. A late checkout fee will apply for anything over 1/2 hour at the rate of $100.00 per hour if arrangements have not been made prior with host. Check out time is 11am. sharp
