A little hamlet for a writer or reader

Spain Hamlet studio is located on eleven private acres by the Yellow river, next to the oldest Victorian house in Atlanta, circa 1834. It occupies the second story of the carriage house and has private everything including parking space. There is a balcony in the front and a large deck in the back overlooking beautiful rolling hills. The property is bordered by the Yellow river that separates it from the Yellow River. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the big city yet 15 min away. The space Our guests are welcome to use the property's amenities - a hammock, a swing chair, a basketball court, a ping pong table, grill. You will find yourself tucked away from the noise and traffic of Atlanta yet just some 20 min. drive from it. Stone Mountain Park is 5-7 min away and Yellow River Park is a short 3 min. drive. You will have at your convenience cable TV, internet, and the rest of all the usual necessities. Guest access Free on-site parking. Other things to note The house was the filming site for a 2015 horror movie - 'Bleed' (no need to be scared:) - you can see the trailer on Youtube. It is the oldest Victorian house of Atlanta area, circa 1834. A Wine & Tour of the house is available upon request at an additional charge.
