The space The property has two bedrooms, a double and a single, both with fitted wardrobes and a Smart TV and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area. It has a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cutlery and crockery together with a variety of utensils, pots and pans and ovenware. The dining area has a large round glass table that comfortably seats four with potential for five. There is an electric oven and hob for those guests who want to do their own cooking or heat up meals. A good sized fridge freezer, a large dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything you need to enjoy that home from home experience. The property has a functional bathroom with a large walk in shower with a sliding door together with a toilet and sink, obviously. The bright and airy lounge has a fabulous high ceiling and is spacious enough to include a seating area for watching television and a separate area for the sofa bed. It has a 4k Smart TV with Superfast business broadband to allow streaming and gaming all at once. There is a private rear garden with a patio area, ideal for enjoying the outside space when the weather permits. The front area is quite open with a mix of tarmac and grass but has ample space for three vehicles if required. The place is capable of sleeping five, but for business or work visitors that number is three due to match the number of beds.
