There are 3 bedrooms in the house included in the basic price of this listing: 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The bunk beds have 1 queen bed on the bottom and 1 twin bed on top. The boathouse bedroom with queen bed is available for an extra fee $100. Epitome of Alaska's beauty, mountain and sea, flora and fauna and quirky civilization. Guest access The property is a short 450 ft walk from the Halibut Cove public dock at low tide. There is a boat access directly to the property's dock or ramp at high tide (11ft of tide needed or higher). There are many steps as the house is on a hillside. The walk from the public dock and steps require physical fitness, especially if carrying items. There is one bathroom and one outhouse on the property. Other things to note There are no grocery stores, or any other store on the island, so bring all food and medications you need for your stay. There is sufficient water but not enough to waste. We practice basic island water conservation rules. We have a rental agreement that will be sent in the message thread that must be signed and returned.
