The space We are located within the private community of Towamensing Trails, which offers a 194 acre lake with a private sandy beach, pool (seasonal), volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, playground, clubhouse, snack bar & arcade. Upon arrival you will be received 8 guest passes (bracelets) to enjoy all of these amenities. Please note that due to the community regulations, every rental is only allotted 8 guest passes. Anyone over the age of 5 must wear one. We also have no control over the Towamensing Trails decisions on amenity closings including pool, lake, boat rentals, etc. We can not promise community amenities will be open/available during your stay. Guest access The house has a digital lock. We will let you know the code prior to arrival. Other things to note We have many outdoors games, lawn chairs, A Gazebo with a patio set and 7 person hot tub , & Pet Friendly. No open fires allowed in the community.
