The Gîte les Mimosas, which can accommodate 4 to 7 people, offers an exceptional experience in an authentic setting, in the heart of a peaceful and relaxing village. The space 1- Discover Your Living Space LIVING ROOM Bathed in natural light, it is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, and offers a friendly space to relax after a day of exploring. THE DINING ROOM Adjacent to the living room, it welcomes you for shared meals. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere and natural light that bathes this space. THE KITCHEN Fully Equipped for Gourmet Moments The kitchen of the Gîte les Mimosas is ideal for food lovers. Equipped with everything you need, from utensils to modern appliances such as oven, microwave, coffee maker, dolce-gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and more, it invites you to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. THE BEDROOMS The Charm of the Rooms – Your Haven of Rest The gîte has three elegant bedrooms, each offering a cozy double bed (dimensions 160 X 200). One of the bedrooms even offers an extra bed (dimensions 90 X 200), while another is equipped with a crib with bars. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes to make it easier to store your belongings. BATHROOMS Moments of Relaxation in the Bathrooms Two well-appointed bathrooms with shower, sink, closet and toilet ensure comfort and privacy during your stay. THE PRIVATE PATIO Entertainment and Relaxation in the Private Patio Enjoy the private patio with barbecue and picnic table while your kids have fun on the swing, slide, wooden hut or in the sandbox. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2- Live in the Present Moment in the Landscaped Park To enhance your stay, we provide you with shared recreational facilities with our other cottages, such as bicycles, pool table, table football, table tennis and a petanque court. Your children will be delighted by our mini-farm with a few small animals. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3- Our services Included: To facilitate your stay, we put at your disposal free of charge: -> A maintenance kit including essentials such as dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, laundry, garbage bag, and toilet paper. -> In addition, upon reservation, a baby kit including baby cribs, high chairs, bathtubs, and baby potties is also available. -> Stay connected with free Wi-Fi Internet access in all our cottages, allowing you to share your memorable moments or plan your next adventures. -> Water, electricity, and heating included (up to 50 KW/day in winter) -> Tourist tax included (€0.81 per person per day). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4- Additional Options for a Personalized Stay For even more comfort, opt for our cleaning service at the end of your stay or choose from our linen rental options. -> Linens and pillowcases are not included, but can be rented on-site for an additional fee, or you can bring your own linens and towels. (10 euros per person for linens and 5 euros per person for towels). -> End-of-stay cleaning fees are not included in the accommodation rate. Guest access Upon arrival, the Mabile family welcomes you and guides you through the Mimosas gîte and gives you valuable tips to make the most of your stay in Brittany. The Mimosas gîte extends over the first and second floors of the house. You will access it via a private staircase located in the back of the house. The rental includes free parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note Pet Policy: We would like to inform our guests that, due to the specific layout of the MIMOSAS gîte located on the upper floors, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets. We understand how much our four-legged friends are part of the family, but this measure is intended to ensure the cleanliness, tranquility and comfort of all our guests.
