This property is located in a quiet residential area. Clean and roomy home centrally located near shopping areas, restaurants and lakes. The space Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 2 twin size beds and 1 queen air mattress (air mattress only available when reservation is more than 8 guests) Each bedroom has its own smart TV. Master bedroom has a hot tub and 2 walk-in closets. A furnished patio is available for gathering. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with toaster, blender, coffee maker, glasses, mugs, dishes and silverware. Guest access The entire house is available with the exception of the garage. Guests aren't allowed to bring any type of grill because of a safety hazard. Parking for two cars is provided on the driveway and street parking is allowed overnight. More than 3 vehicles must require prior notification to host. Fines/towing will be at your expense. Other things to note Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Additional guest fee apply after 5 guests.
