Resort is located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain just steps away from Beaver Creek Village with tons of shopping, dining, entertainment; Easy ski-in/out during ski season and close to hiking/biking during warmer months; All 2BR villas are fully furnished w/ full Kitchen and washer/dryer in unit; all the luxury & amenities of a Hyatt The space Note: Like most hotels and properties in Beaver Creek and Vail, all units at Hyatt Mountain Lodge do not have air conditioning since it is not needed for the relatively short and mild summers in the mountains (elevation of ~10k feet); Fans and dehumidifiers are provided Enjoy the spectacular mountain, valley or pool views from the villa and balcony. Master suite with plush king bed and adjoining bath with separate shower and jetted spa tub. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, which can be made up as a king if you desire, and its own full bath. The Queen sofa sleeper in the living room accommodates additional guests. Guests enjoy a year round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs. Just off the lobby, a fitness center and theater are available for guest use. Comfortably sleeps up to six people. Guest access Guests will check-in at the resort's front desk and need to present a valid identification (drivers license or passport) that matches the information on the reservation provided to me upon booking. A credit or debit card will need to be presented for damage and incidentals. NOTE: The lobby will be open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. If you plan on arriving after 9:30 p.m. please contact the resort to set up arrangements for your check in. Any late check outs will be considered based on occupancy and a nominal fee. Other things to note - If your stay is less than 7 nights, then please note and factor in the Resort may directly charge you a split week fee of $80 which you will be responsible for at check-out. - Guests must abide by the Resort's rules and terms during the stay . - A valid government issued identification (e.g. drivers license or passport) and credit/debit card is required at check-in for incidentals and damage deposit - Guests are responsible for any personal expenses incurred while occupying a Unit, as well as for any damage, theft, or loss incurred. For security purposes, keys will only be given to the name on the reservation and a valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in. - Daily housekeeping is NOT included and only available upon request with the front desk and will be charged directly to the guest by the resort.
