A few house rules: - The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody anytime at no extra fee, respecting the maximum occupancy of 2 adults per bedroom). - Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required). - Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. - Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
