The space This large 650 square foot apartment has modern design with concrete counter tops, full kitchen, custom furniture, 9 foot ceilings with exposed beam, local Belize art work mixed with beach decor and a great hide a bed available with a real 8.5 inch mattress! Large bedroom with king size bed, new walk in shower and vanity adds to this spacious design. North American four star quality resort linens, towels and most importantly the mattress. Many guests have commented on how comfortable the king size bed and this mattress really are. This unit is on the first floor and has quiet central air conditioning units in lieu of noisy mini-splits or hotel AC units. Quiet comfort on the beach is our motto at The Palapa House! Relax in the small resort style pool, hang out at the palapa bar with a cocktail or relax under your beautiful palapa covered veranda and enjoy the ocean view with a cup of coffee in the morning and cocktail at night.
