Old restored finca, accommodating up to 8 people, with private swimming pool. Located 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Cala Pinet, Can Fuentes is both quiet and close to all amenities. Can Fuentes is an authentic Finca recently renovated, made up of a main part including 2 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an annex. The annex is contiguous to the main part of the house and also includes 2 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The entrance to these rooms is independent (access through a bay window). The two rooms can also communicate, via a double door system similar to that of hotels. The total capacity of the villa is 8 people. Located on the west coast of Ibiza, 5 minutes' walk from Cala Pinet beach, Can Fuentes is a small cocoon of tranquility in the middle of an urban area offering all amenities. The property is located 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of the island such as Cala Bassa, Cala D’Hort… The towns of Sant Antoni, San Josep and Eivissa are respectively 7, 10 and 30 minutes away by car. The house, on one level, has a living area of 200m2 on a plot of 1000m2. A large bright living room opens onto a large patio with its well, on one side, and onto the terrace with swimming pool on the other. A dining / BBQ area, as well as two other outdoor spaces complete the garden with lemon, olive, plum, bougainvillea, hibiscus, jasmine and many other plants. Access to the roof solarium. All kinds of shops are accessible in 5 minutes on foot (restaurants, bars / pubs, gym, car / scooter rentals, supermarkets, shops, banks, tobacco, water sports ...). Bus and discobus lines 3 min walk. Access to the main part of the house, to the annex and to the exteriors (terraces, patio, swimming pool, roof top, BBQ area, ...). Getting around the area can be done on foot as everything is nearby, but we strongly recommend hiring a car to fully enjoy the island. We will do our best to help you prepare for your stay in the best possible conditions before your departure. On site it is Florian, 15 years of experience in real estate, speaking German, English and Spanish, who will welcome you and remain at your disposal during your stay. Can Fuentes is located in the Cala de Bou district, which is a quiet, family-friendly urban area, a few minutes walk from Cala Pinet beach. Very practical, everything is easily accessible, whatever the time of year, whether in low or high season, while being quiet. Bus and discobus lines 3 min walk from the house, and if necessary car, bicycle and scooter rental companies 400m away. Possibility to call a taxi as well (phone or app). Depending on the period, Can Fuentes can also be rented with only its main part (2 bedrooms and 4 people max) or one of the two annexed bedrooms (3 bedrooms and 6 people max). Think about it for your stays in smaller groups.
