Exceptional chalet 2 hours from Nice or Aix-en-Provence

Luxury chalet with 16 beds (4 large bedrooms and a 7/9 person dorm). Real haven of peace of 350 m2, very comfortable, offering high-end services and a most refined decoration. Located at an altitude of 1500 m in a unique setting, absolutely quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac not overlooked in the heart of nature, it offers breathtaking views. The space The completely new chalet, built between 2018 and 2019, is in a very new subdivision and enjoys a privileged position because it is surrounded by nature, which offers the chance to regularly observe the wildlife of the Mercantour. There is a cozy mountain atmosphere where you can recharge and fully enjoy your stay. The exposure of the chalet as well as the many openings bring exceptional brightness and contribute to this soft and pleasant atmosphere in harmony with its environment. All the spaces, very large, allow for optimal relaxation and privacy for more or less numerous groups, as well as very appreciable comfort after a day of skiing. The dining area can accommodate 12 people and the central island of the kitchen 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a very large refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers, a 90 cm oven, a 90 cm hob, a steam/ microwave oven and a breakfast area. All bedrooms are spacious and almost all are equipped with new and very comfortable bedding; the others are new and very comfortable as well. The central fireplace, runs on gas and turns on instantly with a simple remote control. It is a real source of warmth and conviviality. The chalet is 2 minutes from the authentic village center of Allos and all its amenities, 5 minutes from the Seignus ski resort, 12 minutes from La Foux resort with its connection to the Pra-Loup estate. Guest access The entire home except the garage Other things to note We collect a deposit of 5000€ (not cashed) for your stay at the chalet. It will be requested upon your arrival and returned within 15 days of your departure. For the winter holidays we rent the cottage from 5 nights only. We offer interesting rates for groups of 3/4 people , or guests wishing to rent one or two rooms only on weekdays We do not rent the cottage for groups under 25 years old. We only want to rent the cottage to respectful people. The cost of electricity is not included in the rental price, it will be due at the end of the rental, upon your departure. The maintenance service fee does not exempt you from a courtesy cleaning.
