An accommodation if you have to work here in the area or just want to retreat… Your apartment has a spacious, central middle living area with kitchen plus cozy living room accessible from all bedrooms (= also as 4th bedroom with sofa bed). A workplace is available. Fast Wi-Fi available: Current data rate 287.5 Mbit/s / 28.75 Mbit/s At least 3-4 cars can be safely parked in our parking lot right in front of the house. The kitchen has, among other things, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, fridge, oven and stove, dishes, children's dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pan, baking dish, bowls, sieve and much more, but no dishwasher. The apartment is child-friendly, with a high chair for babies and a high chair for older children. A children's travel bed is also available and can be set up if necessary. There are games, children's books, DVDs. Many great hiking and excursion tips are available for you. The large apartment is also super suitable for a multi-generation stay because of the, as needed, up to 7 sleeping possibilities. Washing machine is available, clothes dryer for hanging laundry. The TV (main programs, cable TV) has a built-in DVD player and there is a versatile DVD collection. The house is located on the outskirts of the village right in nature. By car it is only 3-5 minutes from various restaurants and various shopping such as Aldi, REWE, dm etc. Guest access The idyllic terrace right outside the front door invites you to relax and recharge with views of the vastness of nature... Other things to note We will gladly provide you with an additional guest bathroom/toilet (on the first floor). Please let us know in advance so we can prepare it in time for you. We are also happy to set up the baby travel crib for your child. Please just let us know shortly in advance.
