Very nice apartment with pool and terrace with sea view. It is located less than 5 minutes' walk to the beach. Very quiet area facing Fort de France Bay, which you can reach thanks to a very close sea shuttle. You will find all the main shops nearby (doctors, pharmacy, bakeries, grocery stores, many beach and non-beach restaurants, as well as fast food, pizzas, burgers, pancakes and a casino You have a golf course 3 kilometers away The space The accommodation is only equipped for four people. (2 bedrooms with 1 bed) We would also like to point out that the apartment is not suitable for children under 8 years old. We are grandparents ourselves, and we do not want children under 8 years old, because first of all there is the terrace with 1 balcony on the first floor, and we do not want to take any risks with a child possibly climbing over it. Then there is indeed the pool, which is very accessible and used by the residents of the building (occasional tenants or not), which can be a source of problems, such as the gate that is often left open, as we often see, despite the safety instructions. Many parents let too much happen, especially when they are not at home. This is probably not the case for you, but it is a choice on our part. Our main goal is for our guests to have the best possible stay without any worries and with maximum security.
