The approx. 93 sqm oasis of well-being extends over two floors for 6 people and a baby and has just been extensively renovated and modernized. Next to the living area is a small fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances. It includes a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, convection oven, fridge with freezer. The basic equipment such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery and everything you need for cooking and baking is also new and available in sufficient quantity. The spacious dining area is suitable for convivial meals, but also for long game evenings. The cozy seating area next to the fireplace invites you to enjoy the evenings in a relaxed atmosphere even in bad weather. Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a music system contribute to the entertainment. The sheltered southeast terrace is equipped with beautiful garden furniture. There are two modern shower rooms with toilet, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The three bedrooms are furnished with a lot of attention to detail, two rooms with a double bed, the third houses a single bed with the possibility of pulling out another sleeping space. This results in 6 real sleeping places and space for a baby bed. Other amenities include a hairdryer, clothes drying rack, cleaning equipment including a selection of basic cleaning agents, as well as a high chair and crib if required. A parking space belonging to the apartment is located next to the house. If you arrive by train, we offer a free transfer from the ferry to your vacation home. Beaches, for example in Utersum, are easily accessible by bike. On site you will find a grocery store within walking distance, as well as some small studios and galleries. The culinary highlights in the village are our two cafés "Im Apfelgarten" and "Stelly's Hüüs," a visit is worthwhile!
