The Farmhouse

This is the last year to enjoy this wonderful Farmhouse. It has five bedrooms in this a hot tub and is situated in beautiful position on our land with views across countryside just a five minute drive to Woodbridge. The space Currently a wonderful kitchen with optional AGA and all mod cons. There are two sitting rooms with wood burner and an open fire. Also a large garden with optional Hot Tub off of the utility room with toy shed and swings, also a grounds Sauna near the of the bedrooms have 2 singles in each and two bedrooms have doubles (one is kingsize). Downstairs there's a 5th bedroom with a single bed off the kitchen with a separate shower room and toilet. Guest access Footpaths off of our land towards Boulge leading to ancient churches and great local gastro pubs serving Sunday lunch's. Although there is (thankfully) no getting away from the beautiful Suffolk countryside and all the areas of interest that it has to offer. We are nestled in the country yet only a few minutes from Woodbridge, well known for its restaurants and bars, and with easy reach of the county's heritage coastline from Southwold to Aldeburgh to Orford. Other things to note If your interested in catering we have local chefs who can cater or offer a full service. Depending on the accommodation chosen we have a tennis court, sauna, hot tub and lovely long walks to local gastro pubs across foot paths, we are set in a rural area within a 5 minute drive of the picturesque town of Woodbridge.
