The space This new and recently restored apartment is situated on the I floor (with elevator) in a building of the 1800s, in a charming alleyway, in the heart of the elegant quarter of Prati, a short walk from Piazza Cavour and the beautiful Castel S.Angelo,near the river Tiber, next to the Vatican,Via Condotti, and Via del Corso and walking distance from Piazza di Spagna. The 90 sm apartment consists of a nice and comfortable living room with a dining area and a sitting area. Here there is a sofa that can be folded out into a comfortable double bed that sleeps other two persons. Through an hall and a small corridor you reach the first bed-room with a double bed ( large 160 cm.) with an suite bathroom ( with shower), a second room with two single sofa-bed that can be transformed in a regular single bed and a second bathroom with a shower; a big and modern kitchen with all comforts and with a big balcony on a view on internal patio with trees where there is place for a small table with chairs. In the apartment everything is news and recently restored, there are the air conditioned,the washing machine,the dish washer, independent heating,tv and internet wi-fi. Guest access the guests will have access in all the rooms of the apartment. we'll be happy to give any information about the house and the city during the check in. After the hours 8 pm the cost of check-in will have a surcharge of 25 € which will be collected upon arrival in the apartment Other things to note ***Mandatory: City Tax of 3,5€ each per day, for max 10 days (no guys under 10 years)**** After 8pm you have the pay 25€ to late check-in Please, don’t leave lights, water valves and air conditioners turned on when you are not in the apartment; in Italy the electricity consumption is really very expenses !
