If you are looking for a scenic & relaxing beach or fishing get away, this beach front cottage has all that you need and more. Have breakfast or a BBQ on the front veranda. The boat ramp is diagonally opposite the property. There is plenty of room in the front yard to park your cars, boat, jet ski, bikes, or kayaks. There are lots of nice cafes, supermarket, hotel and pier within walking distance. Visit our favourite boutique wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula. Ask us about the "Hidden Gems" which our guests have enjoyed. The views from within the home or from the front veranda are spectacular....... Guest access One, two or three bedrooms available. (Bedding and linen normally provided in the additional person fee, however since COVID we are asking that guests bring their own pillows & towels). Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and lounge room with cleaning & sanitizing products. The front balcony has a BBQ for you to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner , with table and chairs so you can enjoy the sea view. The back yard is fully enclosed.
