Fowey waterside cottage, dogs welcome

Situated on the River Fowey, a welcoming, dog- friendly cottage available to book for over 18’s only. Paddle board, kayak, crabbing or fishing all possible straight off the terrace. Swimming not permitted. Private steps to the foreshore give access to some beach at low tide. Alternatively, just sit and watch life go by from the waterside terrace or the two fabulous window seats. Excellent shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants & car parks just a stroll away. The space Arranged over 4 floors, street level sitting room with fabulous window seat. The kitchen diner and terrace down a flight of stairs. Bedrooms arranged over top two floors, the top bedroom has 2 single beds and restricted headroom in places with own shower room on the same floor, the steps to this floor are steep and on a turn. Master bedroom with double bed and water views large family bathroom with shower over bath. Stairgates available for each floor. Guest access The whole house is yours during the stay, please do not attempt to open the locked cupboards. Other things to note If there is a boat on the frape mooring it is not available for use
