Gîte de Paul (Family, friends, pro, bikers welcome)

The 3-star gîtes of Paul and Augustine are located in a fully renovated 1873 Maison de Maître near a working farm. Two accommodations that can accommodate six people each make up this residence. They are located in the natural region of Ségala, in the heart of the Aveyron department (10 km from Rodez, capital), a central point for those wishing to discover the hidden gems of our beautiful department (classified villages, lakes, Aubrac, hikes...). The space Gîte adjoining another gîte, independent entrances, arranged on 2 levels, in a renovated old manor house, on a farm, in a hamlet, in the countryside. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room, kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room, living room (sofa, armchairs, television, internet access/wifi), laundry room (washing machine, dryer), full electric heating, private terrace (20 m²) and private unenclosed space (26 m²), garden furniture, barbecue. Common to both accommodations: ping pong table, small bowling green. All-inclusive rates: sheets, towels and linen provided/beds made on arrival, heating, end-of-stay cleaning. Possibility of visiting the farm. Regarding parties and events: disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of the number of participants. Guest access Coming from Rodez, take the ring road towards Albi/Carmaux. At the end of the 2x2 lanes, at the roundabout, turn right towards Luc. At Luc, take the D624 towards Lax. Go about 3 km and in the hamlet of Prix, cross, pass the square and the gîte is located just after on the right (gate).
