The people who live in the back house clean and maintain the entire property. **There is absolutely no drugs (including marijuana), no smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed anywhere on the property (inside and out). Any violation of the house rules (you automatically forfeit your security deposit) and you will be told to leave.
