The space The space Come enjoy this cozy private room and newly renovated bath/laundry room in Milton, Fl. This room offers a queen bed w/USB plug-in lamps on the night stands, a small sitting area that offers a pull down full-size Murphy bed, a dining area and kitchenette. The kitchenette offers a small microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, complementary coffee and other small appliances are provided for use. The newly renovated bath/laundry room offers a walk-in shower with bench seating, rain shower head, and hand wand. The washer/dryer are full-sized and a few laundry pods are provided. The bathroom also has an exterior door leading to a shared fenced back yard w/ hot tub and pool available for use and separate fenced area for guests pets. The owners have two dogs that will have their own separate fenced area so as not to impede on our guests stay. A Ring Security Camera is located by the main entryway and faces the covered carport, there is also a flood light facing the pool and hot tub for safety reasons. A keyless entry pad is provided for contactless check-in and check-out. Please do not lock the knob on the door. The key pad only controls the deadbolt, not the knob. You will lock yourself out of the room. Free WIFI Free Parking on premises Guest access Guests will have full access to the room, bathroom, laundry, pool, hot tub and the part of the yard that is closest to the hot tub. The rest of the yard will be cordoned off for the owners use. During your stay This is our private residence and I can be available but only if needed. Other things to note Home is on a septic system and has a tankless gas water heater. Owners live in main part of house but have no access to unit. Guest have private entrance to space. Ring security camera located in car port and backyard. Camera records audio and video via motion activation. Please observe quiet hours as this is residential neighborhood.
