Located in the bright daylight basement of a large home, this one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable queen bed, an additional pullout sofa couch, a kitchenette with many cooking capabilities, a ping pong table, and dart board! Enjoy the large backyard, where you may be visited by a mama deer, and feel free The space This daylight basement apartment is located underneath a large home. You have your own separate entrance, and no interaction with the upstairs. That upstairs is also a rental. Due to the nature of shared ceilings/floors, the preferred guest of this daylight basement is a quiet professional. This is not a space for a family vacation or a student who parties. There is a large, comfortable queen sized bed, a full bathroom, living room with Chromecast TV so you can stream through your own device, an additional pullout sofa couch, fast WiFi (above 500 Mbps,) a ping pong table, and a dart board. There is a kitchenette of a microwave and air fryer, hot plate and skillet, coffee maker, mini fridge, and sink. There is no laundry on site, but for stays longer than 7 days, our concierge laundry service will pick up and deliver your laundry, which is a service already included in your stay. Weekly cleanings are also available for a fee. Guest access Access to the apartment is down an exterior set of stairs, which are made of railroad ties and gravel. You will have a key to the door, which is your own private entrance. The upstairs is off-limits completely. Other things to note Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement, and to submit your email address and driver’s license. This apartment is not ADA accessible. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. You will need to walk or drive down the street to smoke. Mail service is not available for this apartment. You will need to set up a PO Box at the Post Office, or The UPS Store. (UPS Store is the closer option.)
