Apt in 200yr+ gently haunted home

Is in a 200+ yr old home. A real queen bed has replaced the airbed and a hand held shower has been added to the soaker tub. Has washer and dryer, dining area LR w/ pull out couch, a single super comfortable bed in the 2nd bedroom. A/C a full kitchen and bath. New F&S microwave. As is expected in a 200+ year home it has a couple of slants in the floors, but not bad for the age. It is a safe family neighbourhood The black bedroom much to my son's dismay has been painted out white and renovated! The space It is very clean and quiet, aside from the odd bump in the night, but I don't think there's more than a couple of friendly ghosts! It is newly renovated and just in 2018 all rooms were given new paint and the black paint removed, (who my 14 year old son chose many years ago). I have to mention the brand new very comfortable soaking tub and the shower that was installed by a contractor who should win a Darwin award due to him installing it for people 4 feet high! I often wondered about the many families that raised their children in my over 200 year old home. There is also the neighborhood fox who is friendly and can be seen strolling along the street. My 26 year old son has actually pet him! Guest access Guests will have access to the full apartment. Wifi (free ) Netflix Other things to note It's not the Ritz.... freshly painted with new french doors on the bedrooms.But its clean comfortable and works just fine. If you want a modern home please don't stay here. It has new fridge stove microwave coffeemaker and washer & dryer dishwasher and a completely renovated bathroom. I raised my family here before renovations lol So when the odd guest doesn't like my 200+ yr old house I just smile since my children loved it. Many happy memories!
