Lovely villa with jacuzzi and pool

Our Casa Alegria is a Andalucian style villa that we fell love in from the first look. Located in Almunecar at Costa Tropical, it has a spectacular view on the sea, mountains and nearby towns. It is unbelievable to stay in a hot jacuzzi (paid extra) and admire the magnificent mountains falling into the sea. If you are looking for a place which is sunny all year around. The space On the top floor right next to the entrance there is a parking place and jacuzzi with a stunning view of the sea and mountains. Mid-floor is a living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. From there you can enter the terrace with another dining table and grill place. From the terrace you can see a spectacular sunrise and as it's shaded you can comfortably enjoy meals throughout a day or work. On the lowest level there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms. In the master bedroom, there is a double bed.. There are two guest bedrooms, both with two single beds than can be also joined together if needed. There are two walk-in closets for your convenience and a laundry room. From all of the bedrooms, you can go to the lower terrace, where you can have your morning exercise or ping pong game! Straight from there, you have stairs to the garden and a swimming pool (extra paid if you need the heating). Guest access Free parking is located next to the entrance, you can also leave your car behind on the street, before entering the gate. You can get to Almunecar beach either by car or in around 15-20 mins walk. next to the beach you'll find bars and restaurants. Almunecar city center is a 30-35 walk. Almunecar is located between Malaga and Granada (both around 80 km, 1hr drive). Each of them could be a one day or weekend trip, offering a lot of cultural events (like Flamenco shows), monuments (famous Alhambra) and great restaurants. Ski station in Sierra Nevada mountains is located 100 km (1hr 25 min drive) from our place, opened from November until end of April and offering unusual possibility of doing skiing same day as swimming in the sea. There is a lot of other potential sport activities available nearby, like paragliding, mountain hiking (hundreds of trails), canyoning, kayaking, windsurfing, bicycle riding (routes for both mountain and road bikes). Other things to note There are extra fees for: - Pool heating - 100 EUR / week - Jacuzzi - 70 EUR /week - Pet Fee: 50 EUR/stay (Limit: 1 pet). There is an external security camera monitoring entrance door. According to Spanish law you need to register data for all guests which is later send to local authorities. This is done through external app, we will provide you link where you can either scan your documents of fill the data manually.
