Renmark River Villas "The Potter Villa" -with pool

Privately owned and operated, "The Potter Villa" is a 3 bedroom villa and is one of 4 villas that we offer on James Avenue, Renmark. All are situated across the road from the river and only a short stroll to the town. Self-contained, ducted a/c and undercover area with bbq. Secure parking for 2 cars &/or boat. When one large group occupies more than one villa adjacent to one another, we can unlock the rear gate so that guests can have easy access between the alfresco areas and pool. The space Renmark River Villas No 50 "The Potter Villa" is a fully self contained home with all linen and towels provided. The villa is spacious and modern and can easily accommodate 2-8 people comfortably. The villa has 3 bedrooms consisting of one king split apart bed (with WIR and ensuite) plus 2 more bedrooms that have queen split apart beds. We can add a single trundle bed on legs to each of these queen bedrooms to cater for an extra 2 people. There is a second bathroom with separate toilet to cater for extra guests. The alfresco area with hooded Weber Q overlooks the large pool with waterfall feature, for you to relax around and enjoy. There is also parking in the rear yard for a second car and/or boat. Guest access There is a key check in system to collect your key for the villa. These details will be provided to the customer via email prior to arrival. Other things to note RENMARK RIVER VILLA Please note our base rate is for 2 people occupying one bed. When separate bedrooms are required for each person staying, please contact us to request this and there will be an additional cost of $70/adult/night and $35/child (15 or below)/night and you will also have access to the second bathroom. When more than one couple is staying, we will unlock the second and third bedroom, and second bathroom as required. King and queen beds can be split into singles at an additional cost of $50 per queen or king bed. A single trundle bed can also be added to each of the two queen bedroom at an additional cost of $50 per bed. Security bond - we will also make contact with you to get credit card details to do a hold/preauthorisation for a security bond of $450, to be processed on day of arrival. If there are no damages or extra cleaning required upon your departure, the bond hold will automatically release after 5-7 business days.
