LINEN NOT PROVIDED - please see details in below description RETIREMENT IN WHITING is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests - 3rd bedroom is a screened area in the living room - please refer to photos.  Short walk to beach! Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, benchtop stove top and oven, dining, lounge area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV, screened area with queen size bed. Bathroom with vanity and shower, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine and extra fridge. Undercover rear outdoor area with outdoor setting and hooded BBQ.  Outdoor stove and crab pot available for crab cooking, fish cleaning facility. Bed configuration - bed 1 -queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk plus single, bed 3 - queen -screened area in the living room. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
