Spend quality time at a large dining table or on the patio during the summer months - or consider taking the family away for a break from the city to this welcoming town of Belton. Stay for a week or just the weekend and discover beautiful Belton and its surrounding lakes, parks and towns. Go out fishing on one of two nearby lakes, dine in the county-seat down or just visit Salado's wineries. The space Located in an exclusive part of Belton, you will have access to approx. 2000 sqft of space that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 standalone, 1 "Jack and Jill"), living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, TV, mood lighting, board games; kitchen with the basic pots, pans and utensils and a laundry with a washer, dryer and needed detergent. In the summer months, the yard has outdoor furniture for you to enjoy those warm Texas evenings. Main "Wine-Down" Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with all bed linens, pillows, blanket, towels, 43" TV, clock, lamps and a Mini speaker with a view onto the backyard. A closet with hangers and drawers are provided for your convince. Guest "Warm Yellow" Bedroom: Two twin beds with all bed linens, pillows, blanket, towels, mirror, clock, lamp and a Mini speaker. This room is joined via a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with the Main Guest Bedroom with a view onto the side yard. A closet with hangers and drawers are provided for your convince. "Jack and Jill" Bathroom: Dual vanity sink and a separate bathtub/shower and toilet. Soap, shampoo and body wash provided. Guest "Cool Blue" Bedroom: Two twin beds with all bed linens, pillows, blanket, towels, mirror, clock, lamp and a Mini speaker with a view on the street. This room is on the opposite side of the house to the other bedrooms. The room has its own adjacent bathroom. * The colors of the bedrooms reflect the color of the accent pillows. Living Room: - 55" television, board games, sleeper sofa (with linen available in the adjacent closet and the bed made upon request), kids craft table and chair. Kitchen: Basic cooking and eating utensils including plates, cups, pots and pans, oil, herbs, spices, salt and pepper. A welcome serving of coffee, non-dairy creamer, brown cane sugar, tea and filters. Dining: A small breakfast area can seat 4 people around the table., the main dining table, under a gorgeous chandelier, can seat between 8 to 10 people. Laundry: A top-loading washing machine and dryer, along with all you may need to do your washing is provided. This includes washing detergent, softener, dryer tissues, ironing board with iron and baskets. Storage: On your left there is a small utility closet to hang coats/jackets, along with a set of bed linen for the living room's sleeper sofa (sofa made upon request). Backyard: During the summer months we bring out the furniture, whilst the playhouse is available all year round. Location: Leave the noisy city world behind! Belton Oaks is located only: - 7 minutes from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor - 9 minutes from Highway 14 - 12 minutes from the Cadence Bank Center (formally Bell County Expo) - 12 minutes off the I35 corridor - 20 minutes from Salado - 25 minutes from Killeen/Ft. Hood - 35 minutes from Waco - 60 minutes from Austin Guest access Once you arrive, please park your cars (max. 3) on our driveway. Street parking is not permitted at this time. After you get settled in, please familiarize everyone with our House Rules and then consider checking out the surrounding like: - downtown Belton - Arrowhead Point Park - Miller Springs Nature Center - Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Center - Chalk Ridge Falls Park - Summer Fun Water Park (seasonal) All within 10 - 15 minutes driving distance. BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION: please note that we don't allow for any pets, parties or events at the property. The age of the main guest (reservation-holder) must be 25 or older. Unless pre-arranged before the reservation, the main guest must be available and present during the reservation (no third-party bookings). Families and mid/long term stays are most welcome! Other things to note We love Belton for it's small town feel but where you can still find all necessities! Within 10 minutes, you can find restaurants, a HEB Supermarket, Walmart, CVS pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants and several other attractions. Just for clarification :) We are offering a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. Although the house is built with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, the master suite is locked for private use along with the garage.
