The Ellington Court Apartment is a superb, spacious and chic apartment which has been subject to a full makeover. With accents in blue it is a refreshing, modern space laid out on one floor making it ideal for guests with some limited mobility or else families who appreciate an easy layout. It is a ground floor apartment with its own allocated parking space immediately outside the apartment . 1 dog is accepted on request not to be left alone. The space The apartment features tiled flooring throughout and has a wonderfully contemporary feel. There is a fantastic living room with dual aspect windows and with two sofas plus a large armchair and large SMART TV so up to 4 people will be able to spread out and relax in great comfort. Here there is a large dining table with six chairs. This space can also double up as an area for working for those guests who do need to do some work while they are away. The kitchen is lovely and modern and has all the appliances that you would expect of a smart and quality holiday rental. There are two bedrooms both of which have ensuite bathrooms with a shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom One has a king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width) and has plenty of storage and hanging space. Like the second bedroom it has a flat screen TV. The second bedroom itself has a Super King bed that can be converted to Twin Beds (on Request) and it too features plenty of storage and hanging space. For the convenience and comfort of guests the apartment also has a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Outside there are communal gardens at the rear of the property with some stunning coastal views. Parent s are requested that children should not be left unattended in this area. As mentioned, the parking space for the apartment is immediately outside and is accessed via secure electric gates. Guest access Guests have the apartment fully to themselves and it has its own entrance away from the entrance to the main building. Outside, there is an allocated parking space as well as communal gardens to the rear. Other things to note The gardens are shared with other residents and are located at the bottom of the car park.
