This ski in ski out on mountain studio condo is located directly next to the Snubber lift. That means you can walk right outside and get on midway point. It is perfect for a couple or a small family that skis or bikes and loves the outdoors. The condo sleeps up to 5 people: one queen bed, one full-size pullout sofa bed, and a twin Murphey bed. Condo offers a full bath. Small kitchen offers a mid-size refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, sink and kitchen amenities. The space A full kitchen offers a mid-size refrigerator, a small four burner stove/oven, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sink and most kitchen amenities. A full bath consists of shower/tub, sink, toilet and storage. Sheets, blankets and towels are supplied. There is a deck facing the woods and Snubber lift. Coin operated washer and dryer is on site. A free mountain shuttle can be accessed during the winter which brings you right to the base area. Many restaurants and shopping can be experienced at the base area. The Shipyard Restaurant is within walking distance of the condo-which is one of our favorite places to frequent. If you are looking for other fun besides skiing-check out the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center located across the street which offers a workout space, racquetball, swimming pool, hot tubs, massage and food. Just make sure to check pricing and availability before you head over. Other winter activities that are right outside the door are snowshoeing, fat-biking, cross-country skiing, walking, running and of course people watching. Traveling here in the spring, summer and fall is also so much fun-winter is not the only time this condo is great. Outdoor activities outside of winter include mountain biking, hiking, dog walking, trail running, and golf. Any time of year this condo offers amazing experiences for you. Guest access Timberwind Condos are located on Mountainside Drive, which is off the Sugarloaf access road. If you don't need handicap access, use the right side of the Timberwind parking lot to use the closest door to this main floor condo. Outdoor key code will be given from owner. Once you are inside there will be a lock box code given for the renter to access the key. When parking you will see the Snubber Lift just past the condo. Hopping on the lift is super easy and kind of what makes this cozy condo so desirable.
