The second bedroom offers queen bed and the third has 2 king single beds perfect for your next family holiday. All bedrooms offer reverse cycle air-conditioning. The main bathroom offers walk in shower plus separate bath and there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. After a big day in the sun, you will enjoy relaxing in the cool, tiled loungeroom with reverse cycle air-conditioning, flat screen smart TV, Netflix, Stan, Foxtel Kayo (Fox Sports), free unlimited Wifi, books and games. The loungeroom leads through to the beachfront balcony with stunning ocean views from Surfers Paradise in the North to Coolangatta in the South. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays including dishwasher. The apartment has been beautifully styled with blissful, coastal décor and comfortable furnishings. Casa Del Rey offers swimming pool and spa (not heated), intercom and secure underground parking for 2 cars. There is also lift access, so it is perfect for families travelling with your children or guests with mobility concerns. *Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking including on the balconies and in all common areas* * Please note there is a new building being constructed on the northern side of this property and expected completion is November 2027. This may result in noise/ dust and other disruptions at times. Unit 4 is situated on the southern side and is not looking directly at this project. Nightly tariffs reflect any inconvenience caused during these works. * Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
