Enjoy privacy and have that private dance party in the kitchen! Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We are generally not able to offer early check-in or late checkout — our cleaners need 10am to 4pm to prepare the house for the next guest. Because of this tight schedule, on-time checkout matters: a late checkout incurs a $100 fee, plus $100 per hour past 11am. During the slower seasons we may be able to accommodate flexibility — feel free to ask in advance! Dogs are considered with prior approval — please message us before booking. There is a $200 pet fee per dog, and we host one dog per stay as a rule. Thank you for your understanding!
