We offer for rent, in Lorgues, this pleasant single-story house, ideal for vacations for families or groups of friends. With a surface area of 100 m² and accommodating up to 9 guests, it has a jacuzzi, as well as a private pontoon offering direct access to the river for a refreshing swim or a canoe ride. The space It consists of a beautiful 40 m² living space, an equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and you will enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² as well as well as a large terrace fully equipped to enjoy the outdoors. Wi-Fi included — all that's left is you! The accommodation consists of the following: Living area: - A spacious 40 m² living room with a large TV (146 cm), two convertible sofas (double beds), foosball, billiards and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, Nespresso coffee machine... Night area: - Bedroom 1: one queen size bed (160 × 200). - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140 × 190) and one single bed. - Bathroom with bathtub, accessible from bedroom 1. - Two separate WCs. Outdoor: - A separate room with jacuzzi (available from April to the end of October), accommodating up to 4 people. - A nice enclosed garden of about 1,000 m², with summer lounge, sunbathing, ping pong table, boules games, darts, wooden skittles... - A terrace of about 50 m², facing south and west, equipped with outdoor furniture to fully enjoy the beautiful days. - Access to a private pontoon leading directly to the Argens River, for swimming or relaxing by the water in a peaceful natural setting. For even more comfort, the owners provide: Barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Location: The house is located in a quiet hamlet less than 10 minutes from the center of Lorgues, in a green, wooded and riverside environment. Nearby you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a renowned Provençal market. Activities: - On site: swimming, canoeing on the Argens, bike rides... Nearby: - The town of Lorgues is surrounded by many wine estates (AOC Côtes-de-Provence), cellars, castles, and the famous Cellier des Lorguians. - Hiking or cycling in the area, swimming in the rivers and surrounding bodies of water. - The Verdon and the Mediterranean are accessible in about 45 minutes by car. - Tourist sites to discover: Lorgues (medieval village), Cotignac, Entrecasteaux, Thoronet Abbey... - About 45 minutes from the sea (Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Saint-Aygulf), 50 km from Saint-Tropez, 1 hour from Cannes or Antibes, 1 hour 30 minutes from Nice. - Sports activities: nautical base, tree climbing, horseback riding, walking, lakes and waterfalls (Sillans-la-Cascade, Chutes du Caramy, Carcès, Le Val, etc.). - Every Tuesday: the largest Provencal market in the region is held in Lorgues. The end-of-stay cleaning includes the restoration of the accommodation for the next guests — please leave the accommodation in good general condition and clean the equipment used (household appliances, dishes, etc.).
