A dream setting for lovers, families, or even friends. The space The apartment Bleu des Îles is equipped for 2 people, with a double bed, mosquito net and air-conditioned. He may communicate with the Blue Escape apartment in order to accommodate 6 people. -You will find a fully equipped kitchen area "microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, hob, etc..." with a TV with Canal Sat, a bathroom with private shower and free wifi. -It has a terrace facing the secure pool, a common area "ventilated and sheltered hall" where you can settle in for cooking, eating, grilling using the gas barbecue. Info The Neighborhood: -The Bleu Marine residence is located on Grande-terre, in a residential area of Gosier, in Petit-Havre. It is halfway between Gosier & Sainte-Anne, 5km from several supermarkets and 19km from Pointe à Pitre airport. A VERY SMALL convenience store is located at the entrance to the small haven district, "Chez Roza". It's safe from currents, sargassum, and waves to delight young and old alike. Check in: - Sandrine will welcome you on site and share with you her knowledge of the archipelago, her good places and her tips. Guest access: - You will have access to all the common areas of the residence "swimming pool, sunbeds, barbecue as well as its reading/dining area next to the pool". - The beach is just 50m from the residence. - Have wonderful interactions with other guests and Sandrine. - We can also recommend car hire addresses or diving centers on the island or any other "catamaran, ulm, mangrove" excursions. Transportation: - Public parking is in front of the residence. - Bus lines are some 800m away but we recommend hiring a vehicle in order to visit the island in complete freedom. On request (surplus cost): - Sandrine can put at your disposal, for your arrival , meals that she will deliver to you ( about 12 euros per person). - Laundry service (5 euros per machine) Things to know -THEapartment is NON-SMOKING -Bits of life for singles and other such parties are prohibited in this property. - Totally independent and self-contained apartment for holidaymakers. Security Deposit A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. It will need to be paid in cash or by check. The refund will be issued on the day you check out. The security deposit will be fully refunded, if no damage has been found by the property.
