The space This modern yet cosy apartment boasts an ensuite bathroom leading to the warm bedroom. Unwind in the king size bed and soak in the feature fire place. Guests of The Garden Apartment have exclusive use of the large courtyard garden space. Relax in the sun on the upper tier with a drink. At the centre of the apartment is the modern kitchen and dining space. With large island, marble counter tops and modern appliances, this bight and airy space will no doubt be where you spend most of your time whilst at home. A few steps down from the kitchen is the Snug, with a corner sofa that doubles up as a sleeping space for two if required. With a nod to classic Bath architecture the Snug features a vaulted ceiling. If you find the time, you can also wind down with an evening in front of the Freeview TV, Netflix is available. Guest access Yourself and your guests will be given a key code prior to check-in for the self service key lock box by the front door to the building. The street is permit holders only and paid parking is therefore unavailable. We do advise dropping all luggage and leaving your car in Charlotte street car park, which is a long stay car park just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Bath Spa Train Station is a 12 minute flat walk to the apartment. Other things to note Please be aware that the use of stairs is required to access The Garden Apartment. Please ensure the correct number of guests is included in the booking. This will ensure the extra bed can be made up in the Snug if there are more than 2 guests. If the sofa bed is required, please do let us know in advance. The loss of any keys will incur a charge of £20 GBP. Any damages to the property will incur a charge.
