La Fermiere, comfortable gite with pool

Set in a small hamlet in the calm of the countryside yet only 5km from the nearest town and dual carriage way making an idea spot for exploring the area. Sleeping 12 in five bedrooms, a home away from home. The space La Fermiere comprises of on the ground floor, a well equipped kitchen with a table for 12 and a large sitting room with a log burning stove. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with en- suite and a dorm room with 4 single beds and a bathroom just next door. On the second floor there is a large double bedroom and two further bedrooms that can be set up with either a large double (180 x 200cm) or 2 single beds (90 x 200cm). All have their own en-suite. In the garden there is a pool that has a removable cover so can be used in all weathers. The swimming pool is 5 x 11 m. It is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 from the end of April until the end of September. It is heated to a minimum of 23° during these months. We will remove and replace the cover according to the weather during your stay. The pool is shared with Le Pressoir There is a private terrace with BBQ and a children’s play area. Other things to note We are open to family or friendly groups who agree to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. It is possible to organise festive events under certain conditions. Bed Linens are included but not Towels, these are available to hire if required. The gites should be returned in the state they were found, if not an end of stay clean can be arranged for 100€ Our agreed maximum capacity on the whole premises must be respected at all times during a stay both day and night. The charging of electric vehicles is not allowed.
