This spacious 9-bed, 3 bath house has everything you need for your trip to North Conway! The home comes with Wi-Fi, self check-in, and a robust coffee/tea bar. During your stay, you will enjoy access to your private, heated indoor pool, sauna, and game room. There is an indoor fireplace as well as a smokeless firepit outside. The property is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, shops, and mountains. An ideal base to explore North Conway and all it has to offer! The space As you arrive, you will appreciate the secluded nature of the road and how much space there is for all to park in the driveway. Entering through the front door with the keyless lock, you’re greeted with the option to go upstairs or downstairs. Run upstairs to secure your bedroom then take a look around! Upstairs you will find eight comfy bedrooms equipped with linens, fans for white noise, closets, and your own space to get away. The lower level features a living room with a reading nook (take one, leave one!) and electric fireplace. This is the place to chill and watch a movie or catch up with friends. Across the way is an expansive dining table for all guests to enjoy together, and a coffee/tea bar for those early mornings that lead into late nights. Through the doorway is a fully enclosed heated, indoor pool complete with pool toys and chairs to lounge. There is also a ninth bedroom for guests who want to be near the action. Down the hall you can enjoy a game of Twister or Monopoly in the game room- there truly is something for everyone! In the backyard you’ll find a space for all to relax around the fire after a long day. The smokeless solo stove allows for a relaxing experience (bring your own firewood!). The back patio has charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal) and a large picnic table. The property is 10 minutes from the North Conway outlets, 5 miles to Cranmore Mountain, and 5 miles to the Kancamagus Highway for the best foliage New England has to offer. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, patio, and front yard. They also have access to the driveway. Other things to note Trash is picked up by a dump truck on Mondays (unless it's a holiday weekend). Pick up is in the morning and there will need to be a path left for the truck to get through. The indoor pool is heated to 75 degrees year-round. There is outdoor carpeting around the pool area for insulation purposes. Please note an indoor pool is not the same temperature as a hot tub or even a warm bath!
