Holiday home 12 - our 3 stylishly furnished and fully equipped apartments are spread over 2 houses in a historic property in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and border the German Wine Route. "FeWo 1" - is located in the main house (ground floor) and is for 4-5 people. FeWo 2 for 5-6 people on the upper floor, FeWo 3 for 6-8 people whole building/next house All 3 apartments have their own outdoor area with barbecue facilities. In addition, there is our garden, the sandstone room and the parking lot. The space Our 3 stylishly furnished and fully equipped apartments are located in 2 houses spread over a historic estate in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and bordering the German Wine Route. Outside, the property has a number of amenities that allow our guests to practice both sociability and individuality: Each property has its own fully equipped outdoor area with barbecue facilities. The covered inner courtyard (guest garden) and the cozy sandstone room offer safety and enough space for a summer evening even in less than optimal weather conditions. Parking spots directly at the house complete the offer. "FeWo 1" (colonial style / ground floor / 4-5 people) has a fully equipped kitchen. (Dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses and all necessary cooking utensils). There is also a dining area for 4 people. The adjoining bedroom with double bed and spacious closet has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom with toilet is equipped with a huge shower, mirror cabinet and washing machine. The 28 m² living room with beautiful views of the countryside has both a large corner leather couch overlooking the home theater (swivel 50-inch TV with satellite reception and DVD player) and a second double bed. There is also a rustic dining area for 6 people and a bar cabinet with wine glasses. On request, an extra guest bed is possible for another person. High-speed Internet via fiber optic cable / free Wi-Fi Guest access Private fully equipped outdoor area with dining and barbecue facilities for each apartment, plus access to the covered guest garden. A large parking lot just for our guests is on the property. Other things to note A detailed information folder about the apartments, the surroundings, shopping and excursion tips is available in all apartments, maps and brochures as well and the hosts are actually always available: in person, by phone or by WhatsApp. Guests will receive detailed directions a few days before arrival upon request.
