Casa Lo Tossal I is a cozy penthouse for 4 people located in the upper part of Beceite, next to the start of the La Pesquera route. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with Smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning and a fireplace. It features a large private terrace with views, a barbecue and a pergola in summer. You can drive up to the door to unload your luggage. The space Casa Lo Tossal, a building that houses three independent tourist apartments, each with its own entrance. The building is built to adapt to the terrain's topography, on a hillside. For this reason, access to two of the apartments is via several flights of exterior stairs from the street. Located in the upper part of Beceite, it enjoys a prime location, very close to the start of the La Pesquera trail, one of the most iconic natural areas in the region. Casa Lo Tossal I is the penthouse of the building. It is accessed via a small walkway and its entrance is at street level, which allows you to arrive by vehicle to unload your luggage. The apartment has two bedrooms carefully equipped to ensure a comfortable rest. The master bedroom features a 150 cm double bed, a closet, and two pillows. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds, a closet, and one pillow per bed. Both include full bedding, with sheets, comforter and blanket, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay any time of year. The main area is a very cozy open space that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen. The wooden attic ceilings and the open fireplace provide a warm and charming atmosphere. Open kitchen with bar, fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic stovetop, Nespresso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, and full kitchenware. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV where guests can connect their own streaming accounts, air conditioning, WiFi, and an open fireplace, ideal for creating a cozy atmosphere. The apartment is completed with a separate bathroom that has a shower tray and includes towels, a hair dryer, and a shower gel dispenser. Enjoy a spacious and sunny private terrace with magnificent views of Beceite and its natural surroundings. A perfect space for outdoor breakfast, relaxing with a book, or dining al fresco on summer evenings. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a charcoal barbecue. In addition, during the summer months there is a pergola that provides shade and greater comfort during the hottest hours. The apartment is ready to offer a comfortable stay year-round. It has radiator heating, adjustable by thermostat, and a cozy open fireplace. In addition, we sell boxes of firewood for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere provided by the fire. The living/dining room has air conditioning. The bedrooms have fans, but they do not have air conditioning (we recommend that you consider this before making your reservation). Pets are also welcome so you can enjoy your vacation in Beceite without separating yourself from them. Up to 2 pets are allowed per accommodation, with a surcharge of €5 per pet, per night, which will be paid when the keys are handed over. It is essential to indicate this when booking Beceite is a beautiful mountain village with a medieval layout. Due to the terrain's orography, the streets of the historic center are narrow, steep and difficult to navigate. Casa Lo Tossal (located at Calle Tejería, 44) is outside the old town, in a location that allows you to drive right up to the door of the accommodation to unload your luggage. We do not have private parking, but it is possible to park for free on the public road in front of the apartment or in its vicinity, as well as to use the Los Freginals Public Parking, located a few minutes away by foot (regulated according to the time of year). The center of the village is about 300 meters away. The fastest access is by going down the stairs next to the accommodation, although the way back is uphill. Because it is built on a slope, the building has stairs and uneven surfaces both at the entrances and in the surrounding area. For this reason, Casa Lo Tossal is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or those who have difficulty getting around. Guest access Although the building houses three tourist apartments, they are all completely independent and do not share any common areas.
