Inside the property is modern, with exposed beams and a log burner (perfect for cold winter nights) The living room has glass patio doors filling the living room with natural light and show casing the beautiful panoramic views of the Derbyshire countryside. The open plan kitchen diner with fully equipped kitchen with a double fridge and dishwasher. The property has two double ensuite bedrooms both with walk in showers. PLEASE NOTE- There is a bath in the master bathroom but due to limited capabilities of the hot water system installed, guests will not be able to get enough hot water for a comfortably warm bath. Bedroom one is a double and bedroom two is a double and a single. A added feature of a utlity room which has a toilet, washer and a dryer. Outside the property has garden (not enclosed) and space for 2 cars. Need more family space? Located perfectly within close proximity of 2 quaint market towns, Bakewell and Matlock. With easy access to the larger town of Chesterfield, filled with an abundance of activities- Cinema, Bowling, Escape Rooms, Theatres, bars, Restaurants and a variety of shops. The town is famous for its 800 year-old open air market and the unique and unusual 'Crooked Spire' Church.
