Set on a quiet road with gorgeous mountain views, you can spend days enjoying the wrap around porch or nights soaking in the hot tub (open year-round). Hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, 5 miles from your front door. When the snow melts, swap your skis for hiking boots, experience a 4x4 off-road adventure, tackle the zip line course, or try your hand at fly fishing. GREAT ROOM-Kick up your feet in the main living area, outfitted with a large, leather sectional couch and cozy swivel chair and ottoman. With vaulted ceilings, a huge stone gas fireplace (featuring a custom Pendleton Stag) and big windows that flood the space with natural light, you’ll love relaxing here at the end of a long day of fun. DINING-Situated within the home’s great room, the long dining table seats 8 comfortably and is made cozy by the gas stove burning nearby. Two additional seats at the kitchen island. KITCHEN-This cozy kitchen isn’t huge but it packs a punch. With a large Refrigerator, a Double Oven w/ Electric Range and butcher block counter tops, you’ll have everything you need to make even a big holiday meal. With extras like a fondue set, crock pots, tons of serving wear and an assortment of wine and bar glasses, you’ll feel right at home. BED & BATH-This house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The second-floor master bedroom has an ultra-comfy king-size bed, dresser, TV, vanity/desk and features and on-suite attached full bath with tub/shower combo. The second-floor bunk room, with two queen beds, is great for kids or adults who love a cozy space and is just adjacent to the loft, with desk/vanity and cozy chair for spreading out. Located on the first floor, an additional bedroom features an ultra-cozy king-sized bed, dresser, TV and roomy closet. This bedroom is located just next to another full bath with a tub/shower combo. OUTDOOR AREAS-The outdoor space at Boulder Bend is something special. The house has a huge, wrap around deck with views of Aspen Meadows in the front and Red Mountain in the rear. There is an 6 seat outdoor dining table, a sectional sofa lounge area and 4 Adirondack chairs for taking in the view with a good book. Cook dinner on the gas grill and then relax in the roomy hot tub after a long day of skiing or hiking. When the sun sets, enjoy toasting marshmallows around the seasonal, outdoor fire pit (Available in summer if no fire ban).
