This newly remodeled, first-floor condo is located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. The open floor plan is accommodating and intimate for a couple or small family with adornments of arrows, wood textures, and shades of turquoise carried throughout. The living room is comprised of a modern couch with a chaise and matching recliner, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the large screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Savor your meals at the cozy high-top dining table that is perched beside the large window, with seating for two. There is additional seating at the bar for two. For your convenience, a full-size stacked washer and dryer are neatly tucked in a nook off of the kitchen. The King size bed awaits you in the master suite along with a nightstand, closet, and tent for the kids. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity area with a sink, separated from the tile shower with a glass door. The bathroom can also be accessed from the kitchen area. The children will enjoy sleeping on the Twin bunk beds situated in an alcove off of the living room with floor space to play.
