The space This entire house on two levels can accommodate up to 4 people with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A crib is also available. (120 cm x 60 cm, linens are not provided for the crib) You will find a walk-in shower, a well-equipped open kitchen, and an office area. Parking is free on site and access is independent via a secure digicode. ***LOCATION AND GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION: Bavent is a small quiet town in Calvados, located between the sea and the countryside. One of the first villages liberated during the landing of June 1944. Your rental is 150 meters from the center of Bavent and these shops (bakery, pharmacy, tobacco bar and medical center) + children's playground in the town hall park. Two EV charging stations are available in the town hall parking lot, just 200 meters from the rental. ***Your leisure and walks: Nearby, within a 2 km radius: Fishing at the Colvert pond. Farm visit to the Roncheville orchard and its mini golf. Hike to Bois de Bavent or Marais de Robehomme. Learn about the potter's trade at the Bavent pottery. Eole Aventure located in Touffreville 5 km away. Vélomaritime in Amfreville 4kms. ***Beach side: The nearest seaside resorts are less than 15 minutes away Cabourg and Merville-Franceville. The port of Ouistreham with the possibility of taking the car ferry to England.
