This unit is a guaranteed ocean view!! The space There are three towers: Lighthouse, Compass, and Spyglass. The Lighthouse Tower is closest to the beach, with units being designated as oceanside. The Spyglass Tower is the newest of the three, on the back of the property. Some of these units have ocean views, while most have garden views overlooking the lazy river. Guest access * You must provide us the Legal Name (matching Valid Photo ID) for us to put on the Guest Certificate within the first 24HRS of booking. Should you not provide this to us, we will put the name on your AirBNB account. We can NOT change the name on the Guest Certificate once we have issued it after your booking and we can NOT offer a refund/cancellation as this is through our owner's contract. Thank you for understanding. Must be 25+ Years of Age to Check-In. Units including view and floor location, assigned at check-in by the front desk. Please note, at check-in renters are required to pay a government fee of $3 USD/night, a $15 Levy fee, and timeshare taxes of $11.88/day (subject to change). Complimentary on-site parking.
